To conserve the environment, every shoe is made to order with the production and quality assurance process taking up to 12 business days. The total order-to-delivery time is generally 6 to 15 business days.

We do not currently ship to customers outside the United States. We have plans to offer international shipping soon.

We ship to the United States and its territories, including APOs/FPOs, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Quality Guarantee

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us at support@genapenn.com within seven days of your order delivery to qualify for a warranty refund.

The warranty does not cover things like color variations (shoe colors may vary depending on your screen), or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Our Error

If the issue is our error, you are eligible for a full refund. The item must be in pristine condition to qualify.

Change Your Mind

Since our shoes are custom-made, if you change your mind and no longer want the shoes, you can return them for a refund. You will be charged 15% for shipping and handling fees.

Unless the return was initiated because of a manufacturer's defect, all return shipping costs are handled by the customer.
